No estimated time for full power at library

Nicholson library and Ford Hall continue to be without full power.

The electrical trouble started on Saturday with a transformer outage. The library has been open limited hours due to the minimal lighting.

It is anticipated that on Tuesday the library will open at 7:30 a.m. and again close at 5 p.m.

Director of Facilities and Auxiliary Services Allison Horn said, “Linfield continues to work with Farnham Electric, the Electrical Inspector and other entities to complete the repair and/or replace equipment in order to safely restore full power to Nicholson, Ford and Facilities.”

The library instruction room computers have power and one functioning printer.

The campus will be updated by email regarding the situation as well as the library’s current schedule.

At this point, there is not an estimated time when full power will be restored.
