Wildcats Emma Knudson was named NWC Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week. Knudson, ’18, won the St. Martin’s Classic last Saturday. She finished with a time of 18:50.5 on the 5k course. Knudson helped race the Wildcats to the team title with a score of 52 points. The ‘Cats scored 13 points higher than second place team Southern Idaho’s 65 points. “It feels exciting, like all of the work I’ve put in is slowly coming into fruition. It can only go up from here, so I’m excited to see what’s in store, for myself and for us as a team,” Knudson said.
