Pioneer Hall: the oldest and most iconic building on the Linfield College campus, the location of the psychology and history departments, and home to 47 female residents.

Complete with five flights of stairs just to get to the dorm rooms, living in Pio is quite the leg workout.

While all those stairs do seem like a nuisance to most, Linfield sophomore and Pioneer Hall resident Lacey Toledo-Muragin finds the trek well worth it.

Toledo-Muragin and her roommate Lizzie Carson are proud to call room 406 their own. With perks such as high ceilings, three windows and roof access, these girls couldn’t be more excited to live in the tower that is Pioneer, and have certainly made themselves right at home.
